Terms of Use
Using the game
Effective date: 7 October 2026. These terms are between you and PuzzleTempo, the publisher of 1-2-3 Number Match. By clicking Continue on the welcome screen, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app. Questions can be sent to 123numbermatch@puzzletempo.com. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unchanged.
Permission to play
You may use the app for your own lawful, personal entertainment. The app, artwork, branding and original game code are protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. Do not redistribute the app as your own, interfere with its operation, circumvent ad-reward validation or use it to violate another person’s rights. Exceptions permitted by applicable law are preserved.
Scores and power uses
Scores, levels, hints and power uses are virtual game features with no cash value. They cannot be sold, exchanged for money or transferred between players. Rules and feature availability are explained in How to play. A new game replaces the current run and its unused powers; completing a level carries unused powers into the next level.
Rewarded advertisements
Rewarded ads are optional. The offer states the reward before you choose to watch. A reward is granted when the advertising provider confirms it was earned; closing early or a failed or unavailable ad may grant nothing. Availability varies with network conditions and provider inventory. We do not guarantee that an ad will always be available. Advertisers are responsible for their external products and services. Report an ad issue to us without sending sensitive account details.
Local saves and notifications
Progress is saved on the device and is not backed up by a player cloud account. Uninstalling, clearing storage, resetting progress, device loss or corruption can remove it permanently. Daily reminders and game announcements require permission and can be disabled. The operating system may delay, silence or suppress notifications.
Availability and changes
We may update the game, correct errors or change features. We aim to keep the app usable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Free service features may be suspended or discontinued with any notice required by applicable law. Updated terms will show a revised effective date.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
Use the app reasonably and keep your device secure. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available, without promises beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. There is no mandatory arbitration clause or waiver of statutory rights in these terms.
