About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how 1-2-3 Number Match, published by PuzzleTempo, handles information. Effective date: 9 October 2026. For privacy questions or requests, contact 123numbermatch@puzzletempo.com.

Game progress stays on your device

Your board, score, completed levels, power uses, Undo history, sound and appearance settings are stored locally. We do not upload your board or score to our game servers. The app does not offer player profiles, social features or cloud game synchronization. Removing the app or resetting progress can permanently remove your saved game.

First-use agreement

When you tap Continue on the welcome screen, we save the document version and acceptance time on this device. This lets the app remember your choice on later launches. This record is not uploaded by the app. Resetting game progress does not remove it; clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove it.

Third-party advertising and data collection

The game offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads). When the advertising service is used, its software can collect information directly from your device and share it with Google and the advertising partners involved in delivering the ad. This collection does not require a player account or your name. The information processed may include:

• Device and app identifiers: device IDs available to the advertising software, including app- or developer-scoped identifiers and advertising identifiers where access is permitted by the operating system, app configuration and required permissions. The identifiers available depend on the ad-serving mode and your privacy choices.
• Advertising activity: ads displayed, ad views, taps, video interactions and other interactions reported by the advertising software.
• Network and location information: your IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
• Technical information: diagnostic and performance information about the app and advertising software, together with consent choices.

Our game code does not include your number board or score in ad requests.

Advertising tracking and how the information is used

Ad providers may associate ad interactions with available device or app identifiers to recognize an app installation or device and measure advertising activity. They use permitted information for third-party advertising, advertising analytics and measurement, service performance, security and fraud prevention. This processing can occur without your name or a player profile.

The current app requests limited, non-personalized ads, disables the publisher first-party advertising identifier and does not request Apple tracking permission. These restrictions limit personalization and identifier access; they do not mean that ad delivery is anonymous or that no information is collected. We do not enable personalized ads when you grant regional consent. Programmatic limited ads may use cookies or local storage specifically for invalid-traffic detection.

The data an ad provider can process depends on the platform, advertising software, ad-serving mode, permissions and consent choices. Google explains its handling of information and participating advertising services in its Privacy Policy and information about apps that use Google services. If you open an advertiser’s website or app, that service’s own privacy policy applies.

Daily reminders

With your permission, the phone schedules a daily reminder for 8 PM in its local time zone. The reminder message is downloaded from our configuration service and cached locally so reminders can work offline. This request sends ordinary network information such as your IP address to the hosting provider; it does not send your board or score. The time zone is read locally for scheduling. Message updates take effect after the app next opens online.

Optional game announcements

If you enable Game notifications, Firebase services and Apple/Google push delivery process an installation token, platform type and an anonymous identifier. Firebase anonymous authentication protects that installation’s registration; you do not need to create a player account or provide your name or email. We store the enabled installation record and its update time to deliver messages and honor opt-out. Delivery and administrative records may contain campaign content, status, timestamps, aggregated results and a test-device identifier when used for a targeted test.

Providers, access and security

We use Google Mobile Ads for advertising and Google Firebase/Cloud services for notification registration, message configuration and administration. Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging route mobile notifications. These providers may process information in countries outside your own under their service terms. Network requests use encrypted HTTPS; installation records have access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We do not ask for contacts, camera, microphone, photos or precise GPS location for gameplay.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until you reset it, clear app storage or uninstall. Disabling Daily reminder cancels scheduled reminders. Disabling Game notifications removes the active registration and token; an offline removal is retried when the app reconnects. Firebase’s anonymous authentication record and operational delivery records may remain until they are removed by the publisher or provider. Contact us to request deletion of records associated with your installation. Include the Notification support ID shown in Notifications when available, but never send passwords or advertising credentials. Advertising and hosting providers apply their own retention policies. Resetting game progress or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete advertising data already held by a provider; use the provider’s privacy and deletion controls for that information. Delivered notifications may remain in your phone’s notification center until you dismiss them.

Your choices and requests

You can play without enabling notifications or using rewarded ads. Change notification permission in the app or your phone’s settings and reset local progress in Settings. Required regional advertising choices are shown by the provider; use Settings → Ad privacy choices to review or change them when available. Your phone may also offer advertising-ID and tracking controls, including resetting or deleting an advertising ID on supported Android versions. These controls may restrict identifier access but do not stop all network, diagnostic or fraud-prevention processing. See Google’s advertising information and controls for more details. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Children and changes

We do not ask players to submit personal profiles or contact details. If a child has supplied personal information to us, a parent or guardian can contact us for assistance. App-store age ratings and parental controls apply. We may update this policy when features or data practices change; the effective date above will change and any legally required notice or consent will be provided.
