Report a problem

Tell us your phone model, operating-system version, app version and what happened. Include steps that reproduce the problem if possible. A screenshot is optional; remove personal information first. We never need your password, payment details, service-account credentials or private keys.

Saved games

Progress is stored only on your phone. We cannot restore a game erased by uninstalling, clearing storage or resetting progress. If a save error appears, keep the app open and try again before closing it.

Ads and rewards

If an ad does not load, check your connection and try again later. A completed reward is saved when the provider confirms it. If a reward is missing, tell us the approximate time and the power selected. Do not repeatedly interact with an ad to test it.

Notifications

Enable Daily reminder for an 8 PM local reminder. Allow notifications in the phone’s settings. Battery-saving modes, Focus and Do Not Disturb can delay or silence it. Message updates are retrieved when you open the app online.

Help and licenses

The app’s Settings contains How to play, appearance options, privacy controls and the open-source license list. Open-source licenses also identify the font and software components used in the app.
