Data & Privacy Controls
Reset your game
Open Settings → Reset local progress. Confirm to remove the saved board, score history, power uses, Undo history and completed-puzzle statistics from this device. Appearance, sound and notification preferences remain. This cannot be undone.
Stop local reminders
Open Settings → Notifications and turn off Daily reminder. This cancels the scheduled daily notification and the test reminder. You can also revoke notification permission in your phone’s settings.
Remove a push registration
Turn off Game notifications in Settings → Notifications. The app disables registration, deletes its push token and removes its installation record. When offline, the removal is retried after reconnecting. This does not erase game progress. Provider authentication and delivery records are separate; contact us if you want us to locate and delete records that remain.
Request help or deletion
Email 123numbermatch@puzzletempo.com with a description of your request. For notification data, include the test-device ID from Settings → Notifications if available. There is no player username or password to supply. Do not send passwords, private keys or sensitive screenshots. We will explain any information needed to verify and complete your request.
Advertising choices
Rewarded ads are optional and are requested in limited, non-personalized mode. Advertising services can still process IP addresses, ad interactions, diagnostics and device or app identifiers where available and permitted by the app configuration, platform and consent choices. Use Settings → Ad privacy choices when the provider makes it available, and review your phone’s advertising-ID and tracking controls. Resetting local progress or uninstalling the game does not delete advertising information already held by a provider. Provider-held information is subject to that provider’s privacy and deletion procedures. See the Privacy Policy for details about third-party advertising and tracking.
